The maximum load amount on a single Gift Card is £400
Gift Cards cannot be topped up, they are a single load only.
By scanning the QR code located on the reverse of your Gift Card, visiting the website detailed on the reverse of your Gift Card, In Centre or via the customer services team.
To activate your card, please visit the website detailed on the back of your gift card. You will need to input your activation code, this would have been sent via email at the time of ordering or printed on the receipt if bought in the shopping centre. If you do not have your activation code, please contact the support number on the reverse of your gift card.

The Gift Card can only be used for in store purchases at the Centre the Gift Card has been issued for.
Please visit The Customer Service desk in the Centre where the Gift Card was purchased.

Please provide your 9 digit number printed on your Gift Card along with the details of you complaint.
The Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The Gift Card can only be spent at participating stores within the shopping centre detailed on the reverse of the Gift Card. Please visit the website detailed on the reverse of your card for Retailer acceptance.
Firstly check if the Gift Card has been activated and available funds to spend by either scanning the QR code on the reverse of your Gift Card or visiting the website detailed on the reverse of the Gift Card
If you are unsure then please either visit us in store, online or please contact the Customer Services team detailed on the reverse of your Gift Card.
Most refunds take 2-3 business days to be applied to the balance on the Gift Card but in some cases take longer.
If your order is received by 11pm, your order will be posted the next working day. Any orders placed on a Friday or over a weekend will be fulfilled on the following Monday. If your order is placed the day before or during a bank holiday, your order will be posted the next working day.

You can either send your Gift Card by standard first-class delivery or first-class signed for delivery. Both options aim to deliver the next working day. However, this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
